Member Total Posts : 1	I recently purchased three items from Magextend, even after failing to install Out Of Stock Notify. I was really disappointed, after spending $100, to have a complete lack of helpful service, even though we sent them mulitple emails. The main email follows: Hello, We recently purchased Order Manager, Fast Quantity Edit & Highlight Banner from your website, but we are having a couple of issues with them. We have managed to get Fast Quantity Edit up and running, and it is a helpful piece of software. However we have a couple of problems with the other two.. Highlight Banner is installed and running, but we are unable to get the banner to appear on the homepage, we are running Magento CE 1.4.2.0 What is the code that we should use to make it appear? Also, we can't get Order Manager to run without errors, I have tried both simply extracting the files in Magento's root, and also hand placing each file into relative folders, but neither has worked. Everytime I click on Orders/Manage Orders we get an error “There has been an error processing your request. Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons."
