     The General Sales conditions displayed on this page (called "GSC" after) describe the procedures applied to services offered by Magextend.

     Before any download the user must read, accept and comply with these conditions which supersede any previous agreement or contract document that may bind the user and Magextend.

Modification of Terms of use

     The General Sales Conditions are always available on the site. Magextend reserves the right to change these at any time. The changes are effective immediately after being uploaded.

Offer description

     The services offered by Magextend consist in providing a non-exclusive license for a set of computer files that make up an "Extension" complementary to conduct your online store and put it online quickly.

Conditions of access to our services

     To benefit from the services offered by Magextend, you must download your extension on the website http://www.magextend.com/

     You state be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity, or possess parental consent, allowing you to make payment prior to the download required to benefit from services offered by Magextend.

     For each download, once you selected your module, you must provide your email address.

     Magextend reserves the right at any time to modify, discontinue, temporarily or permanently some or all of its content and services, including for reasons of maintenance and upgrade, or for other reasons, and without having to inform you in advance. Magextend is not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the services and the consequences that may ensue.

     Financial Terms

Rates

     Fares Modules are available on our website. Prices shown are quoted in US Dollars all taxes included (French VAT and other taxes).
     Magextend reserves the right to change prices at any time, but agrees to maintain the current rates that were displayed when the validation of your download was made.

Terms of payment

     Your personal details and information about the payment method you choose is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and never transmitted unencrypted over the network.

     Magextend has no access to such information.

Purchase of a theme or extension for a shop

    We present in detail each individual extension. This includes a text description of features.

     You can also find on the site, a page explaining how to integrate modules, provided by Magextend, in your online store. We advise you to read this document and to refer to this when integrating the extension in your online store. If you still encounter further difficulties to integrate it, you can contact customer support.

     You receive an email confirming your purchase.

Refund conditions

     Refunds are possible if the module or the theme doesn't work on a fresh Magento installation, this installation should be in one version presented as compatible on the product page. No refund can be done for a server configuration problem or an incompatibility with another extension already present on the installation.

Download Agreement

After confirmation of your payment, you receive an email invoice for your purchase.

     The archive of your module can contain:

• A file of the EULA license
• The folder containing all the extension files

     For every extension purchase, you receive a license for use on a single website for personal or professional activity. The conditions are detailed in this document, present in each module.


     All our extension are protected by the license EULA.
